Warranty

If you have a problem with an iKamper product, please contact our friendly customer service. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2-year warranty from date of purchase

From the date of purchase of your rooftop tent, iKamper will replace defective parts free of charge for 2 years (at its own discretion). iKamper provides the replacement parts – however, you are responsible for installation.

This warranty only applies if you purchased directly from iKamper.com or from an authorized dealer. It does not apply to used purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please have your proof of purchase ready in the event of a warranty claim.

For products sold by iKamper that do not bear the iKamper brand, the manufacturer's warranty of the respective product applies. "Garage Sale" tents (available only at our Kent, WA location) are also covered by the limited 2-year warranty – however, certain parts marked accordingly at the time of purchase are excluded.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

UV damage: Damage to fabric or gelcoat caused by sunlight
Normal wear and tear: e.g., discoloration or scratches on the shell, dents, or fogged vinyl windows
User-inflicted damage: Due to improper use, accidents, incorrect handling, etc.
Damage caused by natural events: such as storms or strong winds
Cosmetic changes that do not affect the function of your tent
Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product

Shipping

iKamper rooftop tents are shipped by freight carrier, and we do NOT charge you any shipping costs!
Accessories ordered together with a rooftop tent incur no additional shipping costs.
If accessories are ordered separately, a shipping fee will apply if the order value is under €80 in Germany or under €200 across Europe. Accessories are shipped via DHL, and costs may vary depending on the item.
You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped and receive a full refund.
