The centerpiece of the Disco series is a height-adjustable tripod that can mount a gas stove and a flat pan. The modular camping kitchen can be set up in several variants and heights as needed, allowing for cooking either standing or sitting, just the way you like it. Your cooking utensils can be placed on a birch plywood side table, which can be easily clamped to the tripod. Sauces or glasses can be securely held in the designated cup holders.
With the Disco series, you can cook not only on a gas stove but also over a campfire: Simply place the tripod over the fire or hot coals, and hang a Dutch oven, a grill grate, or the Disco pan on the provided chain. Thanks to a pulley system, you can easily adjust the height at which your pot or pan hangs over the fire, thus regulating the heat supply.
The enamel-coated cast iron pan keeps your food warm for a long time due to its high heat retention capacity. The non-stick coating of the robust and durable pan also ensures that no food sticks during cooking.
Whether you place your pan or pot on the tripod or hang it over the coals, the tripod stands stable on uneven ground. This is ensured by the individually adjustable feet and the rubberized end caps. Like the all-in-one kitchen system Aioks, the Disco series not only works great for camping but also wonderfully in your home garden.
By the way, the Disco series was inspired by "Discada," a traditional grilled meat dish from the cuisine of northern Mexico. "Disco Cooking" spread from Northern Mexico generations ago among farmers in the Southwest USA – hence the name of the Disco series.
